"Asymmetrical double storey house with corrugated iron roof and projecting gable with timber decoration, rusticated quoins and paired 1x1 sashes. Double storey timber verandah on two sides with cast iron columns, spandrel brackets and frieze and balustrade. 2x2 door with fanlight, flanked by 1x1 sashes, with Victorian French doors above; coupled 1x1 sashes with internal shutters."
