Statement of Significance
This structure is characteristic of the houses that were constructed in this part of Stellenbosch, but its
garden makes far more of a contribution to Mostertsdrift than its architecture. It has contextual
significance, and contributes to the streetscape.
Landscape Significance
Jacarandas along street edge, and a long garden contribute to the greening of the street.
