Description
This house has a core that pre-dates 1938, and most likely is late Victorian, but is has been over sanitised so that it has lost some authenticity. It has also been extended. The structure is cearly modelled on the Theological Seminary, with a central porch on columns and balcony between two bays. Plaster detailing and joinery seems original, or at least in a sympathetic style.
