Description
Single-storey dwelling, hipped corrugated iron roof with landmark corner, wrap-around stoep with corrugated-iron roof, plasterwork quoining, original joinery (combination of casement and sash windows), fine plasterwork around doors and windows, two attic windows set into simple, pointed, street-facing gables. The splayed corner has an elaborate gable with scalloped plaster detail, dated 1904.
