Statement of Significance

This structure is an interesting example of a Victorian house, and is characteristic of the Victorian villas that were constructed in this part of Stellenbosch. It has architectural, some historical as well as some contextual significance.

Landscape Significance

Although there is a garden behind, a solid and high timber fence serves to visually divorce the structure and its garden from the street.
