SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: | "Double storey building with splayed corner from which the gable (probably with name) has been removed. First floor has ""Drapers, Milliners, Tailors, Outfitters & General Import Merchants"", in plaster lettering above a string course over large 20x20 sashes, also 'Est Bros 1897' at top of splayed corner. Fine Art Deco-style chrome shopfronts with leaded glass frieze and mirrored display cabinets. Concrete porch with precast columns and a wrought iron balustrade." | ||||||
