SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: "Asymmetrical house with hipped corrugated iron roof. Projecting covered gable with semicircular vent and paired 1x1 sashes, with decorative plaster surrounds. Rusticated quoins. Hipped bullnose verandah on cast iron columns and brackets. 2x2 sashes; 4-panel door with fanlight.Facebrick garden wall"
