SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION:	Main building Cape Revival U-plan with two gables, verandah and corrugated-iron, round high roof ventilators. Secondary house, asymmetrical simple villa with plain gable end. Very well sited above valley-bottom with dam, on-contour buildings, Ficus, palm, ringmuur.
