SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: See Lucas 2004. The remains of mineworkings (shafts and tunnels), industrial complex and settlement on the Simonsberg above Pniel dating to 1740s. Consists of a house, quarters for workers and horses/mules, smithy, furnaces, ore processor, smelting house.
