SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION:	This surburban-sized property is has a main house thereon, single storey with double pitched roof and raised stoep covered by pergola, and appears to date from before the 1930s. Some sheds and outbuildings are located along the southern edge, and a garden area with established tree-planting is also evident.
History:	The farm is a deduction of Rustenburg, The diagram dates from 1923, and the concurrent transfer was in favour of Frederich Samuel Griffith. The house is indicated as existing in this diagram. The 1920s ushered a new economic period into the valley, when smaller farms became viable. In 1932 the property was transferred to Mrs. C. M. van der Byl.
