Heritage Analysis
SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: "Row of three attached cottages, each with a dormer gable with 12-pane casement. Each has a 4 or 6 panel Victorian door with geometric fanlight flanked by narrow 6x6 sashes, and with 12x12 or 9x9 sashes. Brick stoeps with end walls. Parapetted extension to the right with small 2-pane windows (of the type usually used to light lofts)."  
History: "See 01.01A. The annexe was built during the ownership of Garfield Krige, son of JD Krige (Oberholster). During the 1969-71 restoration it was given dormer gables and turned into dwelling units. (Fransen & Cook)"
