SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: "3-bay cottage with hipped corrugated iron roof and central covered gable with fretwork trim and finial and semicircular window with plaster keystone surround. 2-pane loft windows. Vermiculated rusticated quoins, plaster keystone surrounds to openings and horizontal plaster bands. 2x2 door with arched top panels and 2-pane fanlight; 2x2 sashes with internal shutters. Hipped verandah with precast ionic columns and precast balustrade topped with scrolls."
