| SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: | "Symmetrical villa with corrugated iron roof, small central covered gable and projecting gables, all with decorative fretwork barge boards and finials, round cast iron vents and 2x2 flat-arched sashes with hood mouldings. The gables have rusticated quoins and triangular bays with low pitched roofs. 2x2 front door with 2-pane fanlight and 2x2 sashes, all flat-arched. Verandah with masonry columns." | ||||||
