SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: | "Elaborate asymmetrical house of rubbed and tuck-pointed brick. Corrugated iron roof and tall chimneys, with projecting gables over bay windows on the corner and at each end. Gables have half-timbered decoration and plaster string course. Raised wrap-around bullnose verandah with cast iron columns, spandrel brackets, frieze and drop finials. 6-panel door with etched glass side and fanlights; 2x2 sashes with louvred shutters and plaster surrounds.
