SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: "Half of a semi-detached house with hipped corrugated iron roof, small 2-pane loft windows with etched glass and a low central dormer. Ogee verandah on precast columns and low wall. 2x2 door with arched top panels and geometric fanlight, 2x2 windows with louvred shutters, all with simple plaster surrounds.Low boundary wall with capped posts and cast iron railing."
