SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: Single storey building with hipped corrugated iron roof (originally semi-detached houses). Straight verandah on precast concrete columns. 2x2 sashes with internal folding shutters; glazed panelled doors. Left half has plastered wall with cast iron railing around garden; right half of garden unenclosed.Open parking area on corner.
