SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: Single storey building with hipped IBR roof and central covered gable with round cast iron vent. Hipped bullnosed verndah on cast iron columns and brackets with drip fret. 2x2 sashes with plaster surrounds. Quoins.
