| SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: | A rectangular werf comprising a single-storey Cape Revival-style farm house, agri-industrial sheds and farm workers' housing; the werf is enclosed on the road edge by a dense line of gum trees, which makes visibility poor. However, the farm house has clear Cape Revival elements, including two Revivalist front gables to either side of a columned central stoep, supported on Doric columns, with small-paned timber windows (possibly since replaced). | ||||||
