| SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: | "Building with central projecting 5-bay portion with half-hipped shingle tile roof and three holbol scrolled gables, the central one with pilasters and projecting central section under the pediment, and a sash window with segemental plaster pediment. Curved parapets between gables and moulded plaster string course across central three bays. Entrance doors in central bay flanked by narrow windows; triple sashes in side gables.
