SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: "Double storey parapeted 5-bay building with varnished joinery: small-pane double casements to first floor, small-pane pivoting sashes with solid half-shutters to ground floor. Central bay projects slightly, with florid plaster surround to first floor window, double doors with ornate fanlight and timber achitrave.Front garden with roses. Right of the main building and projecting forward is a high wall with pilasters, pediment and moulded crest above an arched door with strap hinges and moulded surround."
