| SITE & STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION: | Double stoery 3-bay house with low-pitched corrugated iron roof behind a full-width pediment with ball-vases at apex and ends and a round cast iron vent. Rusticated pilaster quoins. 2x2 sashes - on the ground floor with louvred shutters and hood mouldings. 2x2 door with geometric fanlight with coloured glass. Brick stoep. | ||||||
