"Double storey 3-bay house with raised moulded parapet with rectangular cast iron vents and rusticated quoins. Flat-arched 6x6 sashes with internal shutters and 2x2 door with arched top panels and 2-pane fanlight, all with bracketted hood mouldings. Concrete stoep."
