"House with half-hipped corrugated iron roof, cut away over first floor with central window with plaster surround. Two projecting wings with hipped roofs and plaster decoration below eaves. Straight verandah between with corrugated iron roof and precast columns with plaster mouldings on bases. 4-panel door with side and fanlights; modern timber sashes.Inappropriate wall with steel railings and gates added early 2000's"
