"3-bay cottage with stright end gable, rectangular cast iron eaves vents with hood mouldings, rusticated with rusticated quoins. Joinery as for site 25.05 A, but with hood mouldings to windows and heavy straight moulding to door. Tiled stoep with remnant of cast iron railing on side."
