Description
"End building of a row (see 30.02), each with corrugated iron roof and small central covered gable with decorative barge board, round cast iron vent and 2x2 flat-arched sash with hood moulding and bracketed cill. Flat-arched 3-pane loft windows flank a hood moulding above the 2x2 front door with 2-pane fanlight. Small-pane casements replace original sashes. Hipped verandah on cast iron columns and brackets.Front garden with original hoop wire fence, painted facebrick posts and pipe and wire gate."
