"Half of a symmetrical semi-detached house with raised parapet, moulded cornice, rectangular cast iron vents and rusticated quoins. 4x4 door with arched top panels and 2x2 sashes with internal shutters, all with plaster surrounds; flat-roofed triangular bay window. Stoep and narrow front garden."
