Description
"Elaborate villa with hipped corrugated iron roof with gablets, cast iron roof cresting, tall finials and a triangular dormer; projecting wing with decorative barge fret, round cast iron vent and a bay window with decorative plaster panels; verandah on two sides with cast iron columns, spandrel brackets and frieze with drop finials. Turret over entrance with cast iron finial, squared onion dome over louvred vents and concave fishscale roof, arched openings and plasterwork decorations. Ornate 2x2 door with leaded side and fanlights; 1x1 and 2x2 sashes with louvred shutters and bracketed sills.Fine original hoop wire fence with cast iron gates and ball-capped posts."
