Description

"House with hipped corrugated iron roof and projecting gable with segmental pediment (round cap) and scrolls, rough plaster with corner quoins and plaster mouldings around a circular cast iron vent. Verandah with precast columns and concrete balusters. Steel small-pane casements; glazed panelled door with half-sidelights and fanlight.Pipe and wire garden fence with capped gateposts."
