Description
"Elaborate house with hipped corrugated iron roof with plaster panels below the eaves. Turret at corner with masonry base with plaster mouldings and round vents and a timber-framed extension on the diagonal, with a concave leaded roof and decorative timber eaves brackets. Raised wrap-around verandah with fine cast iron columns, spandrel brackets and frieze with drop finials. Projecting gable with decorative barge board. 2x2 sashes with arched leaded fanlights, plaster surrounds and louvred shutters. Double storey wing behind."
